Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies

I had some quiet time while Ariel was at school to make cookies from my new cookbook. Sandie got me this for Christmas. The author is a popular vegan chef, and she has a blog and video of this recipe here:

Exploring vegan foods and lifestyle with our cat Ralph (who isn't vegan, but likes to help in the kitchen.) I became vegan to reduce animal suffering. A lot of people assume I did it for health reasons or because I have an aversion to meat and animal secretions (both a little bit true.) But I didn't stop liking the taste of animal products. After learning about the horribly sad suffering of farm animals, I just don't want to eat them anymore.

Side note: rather than write down all the recipes, sometimes I just post pictures, the cookbook name, and a description.
